Ravenna Assisted Living in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Line / Prep Cook to join our culinary team. If you have a passion for creating delicious and nutritious meals, we want to hear from you! We are locally owned and operated with a staff dedicated to bringing safety, wellness and care for our seniors.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
2. Demonstrate excellent knife skills and plate presentation
3. Prepare soups, sauces, seafood, desserts, salads, and more
4. Full-service role including openning and closing the kitchen 
5. Familiar with health and sanitationregulations

Qualifications:

• Degree in Culinary Arts preferred
• Experience with scratch cooking and a la carte dining
• Strong knowledge of kitchen management and food quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
