Diamond Concessions in West Valley City, Utah is looking for an experienced Executive Sous Chef to join their team. We operate out of the Maverik Center and Utah First Credit Union Ampitheater. This is not your typical restaurant or banquet job! We strive to exceed our customers expectations. The goal of the Sous Chef is to work directly with and in the absence of the Executive Chef to maintain and improve the culinary operations and both venues.
