2. Collaborate with the head chef on menu planning and development
3. Manage food costs and ensure portion control to maximize profitability
4. Oversee kitchen operations and maintain high standards of food quality
5. Experience in back of house operations and banquet catering
6. Contribute to menu development and create innovative dishes
7. Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures
8. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain ServSafe certification
