Founded in 1973, the Boise Co-op has grown from a small buying club into a vibrant community of over 50,000 active Co-Owners. With two grocery stores—one in the North End and one at the Village in Meridian—plus our Wine Shop, Pet Shop, and Uncorked Wine Bar, we’re more than just a store. We are looking for an energetic Deli Associate!

Love food? Love people? Love the sound of slicing, sizzling, and steaming your way through a fast-paced day? We’re looking for upbeat, food-loving folks to join our Deli team at Boise Co-op!

As a Deli Associate, you’ll help build delicious burritos, sandwiches, pizzas, and more—all made fresh with top-notch ingredients and a whole lot of care. You’ll keep things clean, organized, and running like a well-oiled (but food-safe) machine.

What You’ll Be Up To:

• Making magic at one of our Deli stations: Coffee, Burrito, Sandwich, Pizza, or Cheese

• Building and slicing custom orders like a pro (don’t worry, we’ll teach you the recipes)

• Prepping your station, keeping it clean, and closing it down with pride

• Delivering awesome customer service with a smile—even during the lunch rush

• Keeping the grab-and-go case fresh and full

• Mastering equipment from mixers to knives and everything in between

• Stocking utensils, napkins, sauces, and all the extras that keep customers happy

• Pitching in wherever needed—because teamwork makes the dream work

What We’re Looking For:

• Positive vibes and great communication

• Ability to follow recipes and directions (bonus points if you already know your way around a kitchen)

• Comfort in a busy, fast-moving environment

• Willingness to learn, grow, and support your team

• Dependable and flexible—able to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and stay on schedule

Nice-to-Haves (but not deal-breakers):

• Knife skills and food prep experience
