We’re seeking a dedicated Front Office Reception/Assistant to be the first point of contact for our valued customers. If you have a professional, upbeat attitude and enjoy helping others, this is the perfect opportunity for you to grow and contribute to a company that’s been a trusted name in automotive repair and maintenance since 1998.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with professionalism, warmth, and excellent communication skills.
• Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries efficiently.
• Schedule appointments and manage customer flow with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Assist with general office duties such as filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized front office space.
• Provide support to the service department and other team members as required.

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent Communication Skills: Fluency in English, with the ability to interact clearly and professionally with customers, both in person and over the phone.
• Friendly, Energetic, and Professional Demeanor: You’ll be the first face clients see, so we need someone who is approachable, well-groomed, and enthusiastic.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in computer systems and general office software.
• Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to manage tasks efficiently and prioritize as needed.
• Dependability: Punctual, reliable, and able to work within set hours (8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, and Saturday 8 AM to 3 PM).

Qualifications:

• Mid-level experience in a front office or receptionist role, ideally in an automotive or service industry setting.
• Must be able to work school leave hours or flexible schedules.
• A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a team-oriented environment.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Saturday 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM

We offer two weeks off for Christmas break, with Pay!
