The primary purpose of an Intern is to create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service and to apply knowledge of education into a working environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, neat, organized and safe work environment
• Clean and sanitize all work surfaces, utensils and equipment in accordance with Uncle Giuseppe's standards and operating procedures
• Greet all customers and provide them with prompt, courteous service as you assist them with their counter orders
• Maintain and properly use all department equipment as required
• Maintain communications with management and Boces Instructors at all time
• Other duties and functions as assigned

Requirements

• Must be currently in a Boces program within Culinary or Bakery while in High School
• Ability to work in a sometimes hot, busy work environment
