Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls appropriately.
- Greet and announce visitors, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to.
- Receive, sort, and log all incoming mail and packages for staff and guests.
- Maintain the cleanliness and order of the Reception area, conference rooms, and kitchen areas.
- Contact building management to resolve office-related issues.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all visitors, managers, and staff.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a Receptionist or similar role is preferred.
- Exceptional phone skills, a pleasant demeanor, and positive corporate presentation.
- Customer service-oriented with a focus on delivering a professional and welcoming experience to everyone.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
- Authorized to work in the United States.

Shifts Available:
- Mornings: 7 AM – 3 PM, 8 AM – 4 PM, 9 AM – 5 PM
- Afternoons: 12 PM – 8 PM, 1 PM – 9 PM, 2 PM – 10 PM, 3 PM – 11 PM, 4 PM – 12 AM
- Overnight Shifts also available
