We are seeking dedicated and professional Front of House Staff to join our dynamic hospitality team. Positions include; Assistant Managers, Hosts, Bartenders, Servers, Expeditors, Bussers, Runners and Barbacks. The successful candidates will be vital in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while ensuring the highest standards of service. Our Front of House Staff are responsible for managing guest interactions, from the moment they arrive until their departure, enhancing their overall experience. This role requires individuals who are not only skilled in customer service but also possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as they will be the face of our establishment. Candidates must be committed to maintaining a professional demeanor at all times, as well as ensuring that all operational procedures are followed meticulously. Front of House Staff must be adaptable, capable of handling a variety of tasks and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist guests upon arrival in a warm and friendly manner. 
  • Create a Hospitality First Atmosphere and maintain a positive brand forward attitude at all times
  • Cultivate a positive restaurant culture, fostering teamwork, collaboration, empowerment and friendliness
  • Provide guests with menus and inform them of daily specials or promotions.
  • Serve food and beverages to guests while ensuring accurate order taking and serving techniques.
  • Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and promptness.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area, including dining spaces and entryways.

Requirements

  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and handling cash transactions accurately.
  • Team-oriented attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences.
