Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Chef in menu planning and development
- Demonstrate exceptional knife skills and food preparation techniques
- Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
- Coordinate back of house operations and ensure smooth kitchen workflow
- Participate in menu development
- Handle food safely and follow sanitation guidelines
- Manage inventory and ordering to optimize cost management
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a culinary role
- Knowledge of ServSafe guidelines and food safety practices
- Strong cooking skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Passion for creating delicious dishes and providing exceptional service
- Willing to learn and develop our breakfast, lunch, an dinner menu
