Summary Statement:
The Busperon is the ambassador for the room. They are the backbone in a quick and fast paced dining environment and contributes to the success of the restaurant. The Busperson will assist and support both front of house and back of house.
Primary Job Duties: – Includes but is not limited to:
- Greet and welcome Team Members in a professional manner.
- Respond to inquiries and requests in a timely fashion.
- Restock all required supplies and prepare venue table settings
- Maintain a clean, sanitized and organized work area.
- Ensure all Resorts World core values and property and department standards are implemented and applied.
- Obtain and maintain position-specific licensing.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Perform other job-related duties as requested.
Qualifications: Includes but is not limited to
- At least six months of Customer service experience.
- Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to effectively communicate in English.
- Polished appearance and demeanor.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to obtain & maintain full knowledge and understanding of company and department rules and regulations, policies and procedures.
- At least 18 years of age.
Preferred :
- Experience working in a Food & Beverage environment.
- Previous experience in a large, luxury resort setting.
Minimum Education and Experience:
- Must be 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
Certificates, Licenses, Regulations:
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
- Position required licenses:
- Alcohol Awareness Card
- Food Handler Card
