**We are looking to hire someone Friday-Sunday from roughly 4-8pm (12 hours over the weekend)**

**Position: Prep Cook and Salad Chef**

**Requirements:**
- Previous experience as a prep cook or similar role in a high-volume restaurant.
- Working previously with pizzas, wood fire ovens, or in Italian cuisine an asset
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Good command of the English language
- Ability to arrive to work on time
