THE TEAM YOU WILL JOIN

Collective House Realty ("CHR") is a Columbus-based opportunistic real estate company specializing in condominium and homeowners association management, real estate sales, and homebuilding throughout Central Ohio. WHO YOU ARE

As the Concierge, you will oversee the day-to-day front desk and resident operations of Parks Edge Condominiums Home Owners Association ("Association"). This will include but is not limited to working as a team with other assigned CHR team members, residents, Board Members and contractors.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet residents and guests in a professional and courteous manner and expedite all requests as required. Establish a rapport with the residents.
  • Answer and direct all incoming calls
  • Regular patrol of the grounds and parking garage, including monitoring security cameras Daily inspection of all primary locations of operating equipment
  • Verify service contractor work orders; issue appropriate control "swipe" card for access.
  • Assist in executing all scheduled meeting rooms and resident/tenant services and direct all activities as the central point of contact.
  • Perform services including but not limited to grocery assistance, key assist, scanning packages, and package delivery upon request.
  • When necessary, help with the training of co-workers.
  • Submit service requests in the property management system, necessary building damages or deficiencies found or reported to the Concierge Desk.

DIRECT REPORTS AND REPORTING RELATIONSHIP

The Concierge reports to the Community Manager, Associations with a dotted line reporting relationship to the Assistant Manager. This role does not have any direct reports.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma

  • Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or security operations is desired but not required; prior experience as a concierge is preferred.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Work requires a strong understanding of the Association and its condominium's infrastructure.
  • Work requires strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Work requires excellent customer service skills.
  • Work requires knowledge or the ability to acquire knowledge of applicable software programs and backend administrative management.
  • Work requires the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Valid drivers license.
