This is a small family who divides their time between their townhome on the Upper East Side of Manhattan and their ocean front home in the Hamptons. There are no young children or resident pets, though their family visits often. When the family is in Manhattan the house manager can return to their own home in the evenings, and while staying in the Hamptons there are private living quarters available for the house manager to use.
