Job Title: Maintenance Engineer - PAY $25-$45 PER HOUR

We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to ensure continuous system operation by adjusting, repairing, replacing, or modifying automation and robotic system components. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems and components, ensuring they return to serviceability. Additionally, the candidate will perform preventative maintenance, collaborate with the automation team, and assist in the development of hardware and software for automation solutions.
Responsibilities
Adjust, repair, replace, or modify automation/robotic system components.
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems and components.
Ensure preventative maintenance of robotic and process support equipment is completed regularly.
Understand and work with PLCs.
Read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical diagrams, including complex automated system drawings.
Collaborate with the automation team in the qualification process of automated systems.
Assist engineers in developing and designing hardware and software for automation solutions.
Identify machine malfunctions and isolate the failure mechanism cost-effectively.
Perform preventive maintenance at specified intervals and schedules.
Perform calibrations and re-qualifications on equipment at specified intervals and schedules.
Assist process technicians and engineers with the installation and removal of process equipment.
Analyze and implement corrective action reports and process tracking mechanisms.
Disassemble instruments and equipment and inspect components for defects.
Align, repair, replace, and balance component parts and circuitry.
Assist engineers in formulating test, calibration, repair, and evaluation plans and procedures.
Perform both software and hardware maintenance at the highest level.

Testing skills using oscilloscope, cable & harness testing, troubleshooting, component testing, and logic analyzer
Experience with machine operations, including automatic component insertion equipment, surface mount insertion equipment, and wave soldering
Proficiency with mechanical and electrical tools, such as power air guns, taps & dies, alignment tools, and measuring tools

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
