Skaalen Retirement Services (aka Skaalen Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, Heritage Assisted Living Center and our new CBRF Memory Care unit "Magnolia Gardens") sits on 110 acres in Stoughton, WI. We have been caring for the elderly for over 100 years. Our facility has been recently remodeled to include a kitchen area on each unit with top of the line combi ovens. This assists in promoting person-centered dining service.
We have 250 employees, which includes our nursing staff, assisted living staff, and more.
